This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process and protect your personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018) and other applicable legislation.

1Information We Collect

We collect only the data strictly necessary to provide and continuously improve our services.

1.1. Registration and identification data

• Full name, personal and/or corporate email address, phone/WhatsApp number and Telegram identifier;
• Company information (legal name, company number and team size);
• Authentication data and platform access credentials.

1.2. Service usage data (commands and content)

• Voice notes and text messages sent to Pace channels (WhatsApp and Telegram) to update tasks;
• Transcriptions generated from processed audio;
• Interaction metadata (send time, message identifier and processing status).

1.3. Third-party integration data

• User identifiers, project names, task IDs and the permissions you provide when connecting Pace to your management tools (such as ClickUp and Asana).

1.4. Payment data

• Financial transactions are processed by a specialist partner gateway (Stripe). Pace does not store full credit card data on its servers.

1.5. Browsing and automatically collected data

• IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and cookie data necessary for the operation and security of the website.

2Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following legitimate purposes:

• Service delivery: processing, transcribing and interpreting voice and text messages to update tasks in your management systems (ClickUp, Asana and others);
• Account management and billing: managing registrations, authenticating access, processing subscriptions and issuing charges;
• Support and communication: answering questions, providing technical support and sending important service notices, such as updates to terms or system alerts;
• Platform improvement: training and optimizing Pace's artificial intelligence models and interpretation algorithm, using data anonymously or pseudonymously whenever feasible;
• Security and legal compliance: preventing fraud, ensuring infrastructure security and complying with legal or regulatory obligations.

3Sharing Data with Third Parties

Pace does not sell or rent your personal data. Sharing occurs exclusively to make the platform work, with the following partners:

• Infrastructure and AI providers: cloud hosting services and APIs for artificial intelligence processing and voice transcription;
• Platforms you connect: WhatsApp, Telegram, ClickUp and Asana, strictly within the limits you authorize during integration;
• Payment gateway: payment service providers for secure subscription processing;
• Judicial or administrative authorities: when required by law, court order or request from a competent authority.

4Storage, Retention and Encryption

4.1. Security: all data transmitted between the User, Pace and partner systems is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (AES-256).

4.2. Audio retention: original audio files sent to Pace are kept only for as long as strictly necessary for transcription, processing and task confirmation, and are then deleted or anonymized, except where a legal retention obligation applies.

4.3. Storage period: registration data and update history are kept while the User account is active, or for the legal period required to comply with tax and regulatory obligations.

5Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Confirm whether your data is being processed;
• Access your data in a clear and simplified form;
• Request correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
• Withdraw consent at any time;
• Request permanent deletion of your account and personal data from our systems.

6Cookies and Monitoring Technologies
