In short: Pace is a layer that updates your tasks in ClickUp and Asana from voice notes and texts sent over WhatsApp or Telegram. You keep ownership of what you send, you can cancel at any time, and the service is billed per user, per month.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Pace platform, operated by RC Estratégia Digital Ltda., registered under Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 39.358.115/0001-98 ("Pace", "we" or "us").
By creating an account, accessing or using Pace, you ("User" or "Customer") fully agree to these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind it.
1.1. Pace is a software as a service (SaaS) platform that allows task updates and project management through voice and text commands sent from messaging apps (such as WhatsApp and Telegram) to partner management systems (such as ClickUp and Asana).
1.2. Pace acts as a productivity intermediary. Pace does not replace your original project management systems; it works as an intelligent integration layer.
2.1. Eligibility: to use Pace, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
2.2. Credential security: you are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials and the phone number associated with the platform confidential, as well as for all activity that occurs under your access.
2.3. Accuracy of information: you agree to provide true, accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
3.1. Official APIs: Pace integrates with third-party tools through public and officially authorized APIs.
3.2. Third-party dependency: Pace depends on the availability and stability of services provided by third parties (WhatsApp, Telegram, ClickUp, Asana and others). Pace has no control over those platforms and is not responsible for instability, outages or changes to their terms of service and APIs.
4.1. Data ownership: the User retains full ownership of all messages, voice notes, texts and data transmitted through Pace ("Content").
4.2. Operational licence: by sending voice notes or texts to Pace, you grant us a restricted, non-exclusive and worldwide licence solely to process, transcribe and interpret the Content for the exclusive purpose of carrying out the requested task updates.
4.3. Interpretation accuracy: Pace uses artificial intelligence models to transcribe and interpret voice commands. Although we work for maximum accuracy, the User acknowledges that incorrect interpretations may occur with background noise or ambiguity, and periodic review of updated tasks is recommended.
5.1. Free trial: Pace may offer a free trial period of 7 (seven) days. After that period, continued service depends on payment for the chosen plan.
5.2. Subscriptions: the service is billed on a recurring basis per user, monthly or annually, according to the prices shown on the official Pricing page at the time of purchase.
5.3. Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time through the control panel or by contacting support. Cancellation stops automatic renewal and guarantees access until the end of the period already paid for. There is no pro-rata refund for unused days in the current cycle.

6.2. Fair use policy: Pace plans are designed for regular, human, corporate use by teams and professionals. To ensure infrastructure stability, the quality of artificial intelligence processing and equal access for all customers, Pace monitors the volume of requests and interactions processed per user.
6.3. Processing limits: Pace reserves the right to set, change or apply limits on the volume of messages, voice notes or updates sent per user within given periods (per hour, day or month).
6.4. Excessive use management: if a user or organization shows atypical, automated or disproportionate consumption patterns that affect the infrastructure:
6.5. System protection: applying preventive or definitive technical limits to contain abuse does not constitute breach of contract, undue unavailability or failure to provide the service.
7.1. All intellectual property rights relating to Pace — including trademarks, software, source code, design, logos and automation flows — belong exclusively to RC Estratégia Digital Ltda.
7.2. Use of the service grants the User no right over the platform's intellectual property beyond the limited, revocable licence granted during the subscription term.
8.1. Pace is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or entirely free from third-party network connection failures.
8.2. Under no circumstances will Pace or RC Estratégia Digital Ltda. be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss or business interruption arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Pace reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify Users through the website or the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district where RC Estratégia Digital Ltda. has its registered office are elected to settle any disputes arising from this document.
